With over three decades of experience under his belt, Ron heads the sales division at Mentor Consulting Services. He started his career as a Hardware and IT Engineer and was employed with renowned technology companies before starting his entrepreneurial journey at Mentor. Ron’s ability to understand and analyze the needs of Mentor’s customers is unmatched. He also brings keen business acumen and technical depth to Mentor. Before Mentor, Ron worked in diverse industry segments, and that brings great depth to the work he does with his current portfolio of customers. His versatility lies in a keen understanding of business processes and technologies in e-commerce and other digital businesses. Ron has designed and delivered first-class, bespoke solutions to customers in the span of his career. Beyond technology expertise, he believes in building lasting relationships with customers and truly partnering with them in their digital transformation journey. A father to four boys, Ron enjoys playing and teaching sports when he is not working. He is also an ardent fan of the Cleveland Browns. Outside of work and family, Ron dedicates his time to coaching and guiding young future leaders of his local community. A seasoned IT professional with four decades of experience and an entrepreneur at heart, Steve is a customer-obsessed leader. At Mentor Consulting Services, he oversees operations and business development and is responsible for the transformation journey of Mentor’s growing portfolio of customers. Steve works closely with customer teams to understand their business context and pain points. He then drives tailored solutions that address and solve real-life business problems. Steve started his professional journey in the F&B industry, where he successfully ran and managed a large number of bars and restaurants across the United States. He moved to IT and software development just as the industry was growing, all because of his deep interest in technology and his passion for running successful businesses. In his past life, Steve has been a mobile and e-commerce applications distributor and has also established an uber-successful ERP consulting agency which he then expanded across Europe and the US. Steve has majored in History and Philosophy and has a penchant for Geography – invite him to any quiz to see him in his elements! A natural athlete, he also enjoys a good game of golf. Outside of work and family, Steve spends a lot of time working with the underprivileged.
